This is the first in a series of webinars as part of the ‘Tackling Cholesterol Together’ education programme.
The programme is delivered in partnership between The AHSN Network, the Accelerated Access Collaborative (AAC) and HEART UK.
In this webinar, Dr Peter Green, Dr Dermot Neely and Dr Shahed Ahmad will look closely at who to use risk scores on, how to interpret risk and communicate about risk assessment and treatment.

These learning events are targeted at all primary care healthcare professionals who apply the cholesterol management pathway, run Structured Medicine Reviews, Long Term Condition Reviews and Health Checks – clinical pharmacists, GPs, nurses, dieticians or any other professional group who is interested in learning by Tackling Cholesterol Together, Lowering Cholesterol and Saving Lives.
Project teams working with AHSNs to improve their pathways through case finding and lipid optimisation will particularly find this useful to achieve their objectives.
