ESCAPE Pain – Northumberland

Classes are currently delivered at three Active Northumberland leisure centres – Concordia in Cramlington, Blyth Sports Centre and Wentworth Leisure Centre in Hexham.

There is a small cost to attend. £20 (standard) or £10 (concession) for 12 sessions over 6 weeks.

You can request a referral through the Northumberland Joint Musculoskeletal and Pain Service (JMAPS) by calling 03301 244 652 and asking for ESCAPE pain.
