Patient testimonials

“I know my knees are stronger because of the work on my muscles and I intend to carry on with the exercises and gym work”

“It has given me the confidence to exercise more than I thought possible at my age and due to the fact that I have osteoarthritis”

“I have benefitted 100% from the class. My right knee is much improved and I have a training programme to help me with the rest of my life”

“I have gained so much by coming to this programme, I am motivated, and I have realised I can do exercises and enjoy them. I have met new friends, I have started a keep fit programme and dancing classes, all because I have come to this escape pain programme. I have told everyone about this programme. It has helped me to be confident in all I do”

“I have found the escape pain programme very beneficial to my physical and mental health. Instead of focusing on what I can’t do, I now focus on what I can do. I am not afraid of making my osteoarthritis worse by exercising as I was before. I feel I have increased in confidence and I am more optimistic about my health problems. I understand now that it is beneficial to exercise and pace myself”

Watch the video below to hear how the programme helped Regina gain her independence back and allowed her to become physically active again.
